The Council of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region proposes to finance collective projects through invitations to submit projects allocated to associations located in the territory of the region. In this context, the region’s council has developed a comprehensive and transparent system for building and managing partnerships and cooperation with associations. This system provides a regulatory and reference framework for managing cooperation and partnerships between the region’s council and associations and association networks, based on the principles of transparency, equal opportunities, accountability, tracking and evaluation.
